We had breakfast at The Modern Bake Shop & Cafe and really enjoyed it! We tried the classic breakfast and the avocado toast, and both were good.
But the Hippie Bomb was the best of the best! 😍 It’s a little energy ball made with peanut butter, honey, cocoa, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and coconut, and honestly, it was the best energy ball I’ve ever had !
The staff were also so nice, polite, and sweet, which made the experience even better.
We also loved the little outdoor patio. It was convenient being right in downtown, with parking very close by. We had our dog and a stroller with us, and there was plenty of space for everything, which made it really comfortable.

The Kickstart sandwich at Modern Bake Shop Cafe was seriously good. Everything tasted fresh, the flavours worked really well together, and it was filling without feeling too heavy. Definitely one of those sandwiches I’d order again. Great spot for a quick breakfast or lunch.

We were recently in Revelstoke for one night and were delighted to come across this little gem for breakfast. We enjoyed the eggs benedict, breakfast sandwich and bacon & eggs…and two Americanos. It was obvious that the ingredients were fresh and the items were homemade (the hollandaise was delicious!). The espresso was excellent too. Fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Stopped here on the way through town. Unfortunately, the tuscan chicken sandwich I had was dry and had barely any chicken on it. It was also all dark meat, which I usually avoid. But the fries were good, and my partner's eggs Benedict was delicious. I think I would try there again, but I would just definitely try a different item on the menu due to my preferences.

What a turn over by new mangers. Aswm food is back with beautiful and caring staff & pleasant, relaxing view. Very good suggestion by the Manager Ranjit about best of the house worth every dollar

I came in on my way out of town. The staff was lovely, the to-go box was packed with care, and it was fantastic (I’m a sucker for fresh cooked funny eggs). Not many places can you order fresh eggs (not the egg patties you find at fast food chains) in that amount of time. I had the Shashuka. They are a local business, and revy is all about that. If you’re considering a Tim’s or McDonald’s, go here instead. It’s a bit more, but it’s worth it. They care.

Incredible bakery ! Love the fact it’s open till 4pm. Love having a brunch in this place, it’s so fast to have your food and it’s incredibly delicious..
Love the desert as well, definitely the best in town, there is something for everyone.
I have also ordered the menu for the new year for myself. It was normally the Christmas menu but they made an exception for me and prepared it for new year! It was incredible !!

Exceptional service and quality. Got 6 cupcakes 🧁 3 Ella chocolate and 3 carrot cake. Ella chocolate was delicious and just the perfect sweetness. The carrot cake was a little dry but flavour was exceptional!

The bakery ran out of chocolate croissant and I really had a hankering for one ... Our server suggested a multi-grain croissant and that they'd add some chocolate chips and warm it up. It was delicious and I loved the initiative to and customer thoughtfulness!!!

I ordered a latte and a slice of carrot cake, and both exceeded my expectations. The latte was perfectly crafted, with a rich, smooth flavor and just the right amount of foam. The carrot cake was moist and flavorful, with a creamy frosting that had the perfect balance of sweetness. It’s easily one of the best I’ve tried!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for another slice of that amazing carrot cake. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee and desserts paired with exceptional service.

I had one of the best pies 🥧 can you believe it?!!! MUST HAVE IS THE AUSSIE MEAT 🥩 PIE! Absolutely 10/10 - but let’s talk about the place, cozy and great vibe. Food is amazing we had the Farm Daughter Breakfast sandwich that’s also fresh and delicious 😋 and scones and brownies and SO MUCH PIES. 🥧 you have to have the AUSSIE PIE. The people are great and friendly! Place is really well kept and I would recommend coming back here!

A huge pistachio sticky bun which was light and flaky in full of sugar as you'd expect. Haven't had a chance to eat the carrot cake yet. It too was large. Pleasant eating outside looking over the mountains around revelstoke. The restaurant is a house that was apparently moved here.
